We are regularly asked to develop games, with the aim of “transferring knowledge”. But, is your target group open to this knowledge? Many organizations forget that knowledge transfer starts with “awareness”.

“Your target group must realize that the knowledge exists and is important. Only when this goal has been achieved can you continue with the next step. To increase awareness within organizations, we work with awareness games. This form of serious games answers questions such as :

 – What is the nature and extent of my problem?

 – What do my employees still know too little about?

 – For what don’t my employees (yet) feel sufficiently responsible?

We have developed awareness games on topics such as information security, compliance, reputation / integrity, the onboarding of new employees or the introduction of a new product. “
