The live game

In order to work more efficiently (taking these limitations into account), the CFFs learn an evolutionary way of working through a serious game: the multichannel marketing approach. By means of a serious game, the CFFs were introduced to the new way of working in a safe environment.

The CFFs were divided into teams, after which they competed against each other. By deploying an effective strategy, which of course resembled the multichannel marketing approach, the teams achieved successes, which actually turned out to be greater than with the traditional approach.

During the live game, the CFFs didn’t only get to know new tools within the multichannel marketing strategy; the game also sparked discussion. It is precisely this discussion that ensures a high level of involvement and effectiveness of a serious game.
