Serious games allow you to make effective use of the existing practice leadership

Mobilizing practice leadership can be done in 2 ways. We like to work with content ambassadors and with subject importance ambassadors. The content ambassadors are the people in your organization who immediately start talking enthusiastically about their expertise. Co-creation games can convey the knowledge and strength of these practice leaders. The game thus ensures the translation of the content to the rest of the organization.

Ambassadors

Subject importance ambassadors do not have all the knowledge in terms of content, but they know how to convey that something is important. These people are used for their expertise as a manager: hoe do I stimulate people to deepen their knowledge in a subject. Our practice leadership interventions answer questions such as:

– “How do I use practice leaders effectively?”

– “How do I create ambassadors?”

– “How do I internalise the change?”

Serious games allow you to make effective use of the existing practice leadership. For example, we were able to activate a new marketing strategy within the sales team with a major pharmaceutical company in a “Gamestorm”.
