The motivation test provides an extensive profile, which gives people insight into what suits them, what they enjoy and what does not. In order to easily compare profiles within a team, to always have profiles at hand and to optimize coaching, Mindgame and Profile Dynamics have developed the Profile Dynamics app.

The app provides insight into a large amount of information, in a modern guise. Each part had to be given its own identity. For example, the drives are represented by colors, but Mindgame has also designed its own symbol for each drive to make it visually attractive.

In addition, the app offers coaches and consultants new forms of interaction with users.

Profile Dynamics has developed a test that analyses people’s professional and personal motives. To employ these motives in professional development, Profile dynamcs partnered with Mindgame in order to develop the Profile Dynamics app.
