A Virtual Escape Room is perhaps the most visually appealing way to give players an online experience. In collaboration with the customer, we have designed a virtual game, where the potential employee can visit the organization.

Wherever the player is, he or she can set up a portal with a mobile phone. Via the portal, the player enters the organization and can learn more about the company through playful interactions. A participant has to solve a difficult case, so that they not only get acquainted with the organization, but also a first pre-selection takes place.

The battle for talent is intense. Talent has many companies to choose from. So how do you bind new employees? Our client was looking for a way to present the company as an attractive, modern employer. They also wanted to strengthen the bond with potential employees even before these potential employees attended a career event.
